Our Comprehensive Naturopathic Assessment is a holistic, in-depth look at your health, designed to meet you exactly where you are. This 60-minute initial visit with Tiffany allows time for a full assessment of your concerns, goals, and overall well-being.

Your appointment includes a detailed nutritional review, hormonal assessment, and mobility screening to evaluate key areas of your health. Depending on your individual needs, your session may also include supportive therapies such as LED therapy, Aromatouch massage, or vitamin therapy to promote relaxation, healing, and vitality.

From there, we build your personalized roadmap forward.

Follow-up appointments or check-ins are 35 minutes and are designed to review progress, adjust your plan, and continue supporting your body as it heals and rebalances.

This approach allows for sustainable, long-term wellness — not quick fixes — and ongoing support as your needs evolve.
